Return Policy
Should the purchaser wish to cancel order the item must be returned undamaged. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges incurred to and from delivery location. In addition to shipping charges a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Any missing or damaged parts not attributed to the delivery or manufacturing process will be charged to the purchaser.

If you are not satisfied with any item you may return it for a full refund from the date of purchase. Minus the inward and outward shipping cost. With some manufacturers we do incur a restocking fee of 15% which is your responsibility. Return products must be in their original packaging, including all product manuals and warranty cards.

Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the factory boxes, contain all manuals, registration card(s), and accessories as applicable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus outbound shipping, handling and processing fees. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shed Doors –N- More is not responsible for return shipping costs and is not responsible for any shipping damage. Returns must be made within 60 days of delivery in order to receive any refund. Shed Doors –N- More will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect item received. A store credit may be given at the management's discretion if it is beyond 60 days of delivery.
